CO₂ Laser Cutting & Engraving

Precision Products Group is excited to offer our clients Custom Laser Cutting and Engraving services. Our 150 watt CO₂ laser has an extra large cutting bed which can accommodate materials up to 46″in width and unlimited length.  Initial set-up time is quicker and more cost effective on the laser when compared to waterjet making it a great option for rapid prototyping and smaller production runs. Materials that take well to laser cutting include wood, paper, textiles, acrylic, cork, leather, glass, and stone.

Engraving on Metals

Precision Products Group can produce photo-realistic engravings on a variety of materials including metals.  Our process yields a matte black engraving which is especially striking on metals with a highly polished surface.  Anodized aluminum is another great metal option for engraving because it’s available in many colors and produces a sharp, high contrast image.
